Seven individuals in Dutchess County are now hitting the streets with newfound independence after successfully completing the "Way to Work Employment Empowerment Program."
This initiative assists participants in obtaining their permits and licenses while also providing training and workshops on car maintenance.
As a reward for their dedication to the program and their commitment to personal growth, each participant, who demonstrated financial need, was presented with a free used car.
