A Dutchess County man has pleaded not guilty to federal charges stemming from the riot at the Capitol in January.
Christopher Patrick Moynihan, 30, of Salt Point, entered his plea Thursday in federal court in Washington.
Moynihan is accused of not only being inside the Capitol during the riot but also taking pictures of congressional documents.
He faces a six-count indictment.
Moynihan was released but must follow certain conditions.
He is due back in court in June.
