Early voting began today across New York state.
The polls opened at 10 a.m. and it’s been a non-stop flow of people waiting eagerly to cast their 2024 ballot.
Voters told News 12 that in-person early voting is a faster and more accessible option.
"People are going to come out in droves, in masses - whatever side you're on," said White Plains resident Laura Rua Reidi. "So, I think the smart move, whatever candidate you back, is to come out earlier."
Westchester County residents have access to 25 in-person early voter sites, which will be accepting ballots until Sunday, Nov. 3.
For more information, check your county board of election’s website for designated locations of where you can vote early.
