East Meadow music teacher pleads guilty to possession of child pornography
The 40-year-old faces up to 20 years when sentenced.

A teacher at both W.T. Clarke Middle School and W.T. Clarke High School pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to possessing hundreds of images of child pornography.
Music teacher Michael Fazio originally told authorities he uploaded three child porn images to Dropbox during the execution of a search warrant at his home in April 2025. However, Homeland Security officials say they found more than 700 additional images during an investigation, including some as young as 7 years old.
They also discovered images and videos of some of his East Meadow students secretly recorded during music class on a second cellphone.
As News 12 previously reported, investigators received a tip from the company Dropbox after the child porn files were uploaded in October last year.
