An Esopus man with a history of felony convictions pleaded guilty on Monday to a three-count indictment just before his jury trial was about to begin.
The Ulster County's District Attorney’s Office says Seth Young, 49, was charged with breaking into the Headless Horseman Haunted Attractions in Esopus and using a bolt cutter to steal the ATM back in 2021.
They say on two separate occasions he also stole two snowblowers from Herzog's in the City of Kingston.
Video surveillance at both businesses captured Young committing the crimes, which he also confessed to law enforcement.
