After a weekslong trial, the jury started deliberations Wednesday on a verdict in the murder trial of an ex-Briarcliff Manor police officer.
Nicholas Tartaglione has been charged with murder and conspiracy after a quadruple murder in Orange County.
Prosecutors say Tartaglione lured Martin Luna to a bar in Chester in April 2016. Luna, who brought three men with him, was killed.
Investigators say the three others were taken to a property in Mount Hope where they were fatally shot.
All four bodies were found eight months later when Tartaglione was charged.
Victims and family members of the defendant were at the courthouse in White Plains Wednesday for closing arguments.
If found guilty, Tartaglione faces life in prison.
