A former Westchester Community College teacher has been arrested for trying to pawn off a fake COVID-19 vaccine card.
The county district attorney's office says 50-year-old Sonya Tarter Wilson was an assistant teacher at the school and was caught trying to use a relative's card she had altered to get hired full time.
