The family of a 26-year-old woman killed by an accused reckless driver says they want to face down their loved one’s killer in court. Police say Tyree Epps ran a stop sign, crashed into a school bus and killed 26-year-old Imani Vance. He now awaits the next steps in his legal proceedings. A court officer told News 12 Tuesday night Epps was indicted on all charges. He faces several charges, including second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. The Vance family is waiting for Epps to face a judge. Relatives say Imani’s mother wants to face Epps in the courtroom. "She wants to look this guy in the face and let him know you killed my baby, and he needs to know like you took somebody's life who was loved," said Latasha Vance, Imani's cousin.
