News 12 has learned that that the father of a boy who allegedly starved to death in Newburgh is expected to appear in court Friday.
As News 12 has reported, prosecutors say 7-year-old Peter Cuacuas lived locked in a bedroom - and allegedly starved to death - in the care of his father's girlfriend.
News 12 has learned that his father, Arturo Cuacuas, will be in court Friday to face a judge on charges related to the boy's death.
Arturo Cuacuas' girlfriend, Leticia Bravo, is charged with second-degree murder.
