The FDA says more cancer types have been reported with breast implants.
The agency says it learned about squamous cell carcinoma cases, as well as lymphomas in scar tissue that forms around the implants.
The discovery was made during an ongoing review of breast implant safety.
Officials say there were only a few cases found, but say health care providers and patients should be aware of the risks.
The FDA says if you have implants, look out for swelling, pain, lumps or changes in the skin.
