The sentencing for a former Mount Vernon police officer involved in a fatal crash has been adjourned until July 1.
The Westchester District Attorney's Office says Antoine Henrys pleaded guilty after driving over 125 miles per hour on the Hutchinson River Parkway and rear-ending an SUV near the Lincoln Avenue exit in 2020.
That vehicle then collided with a motorcycle driven by 52-year-old John Osorio of White Plains, who was then hit by several cars and killed.
Henrys was expected to be served his sentence Friday before it was adjourned.
