4ds agoA quick reminder for Westchester County residents: Free two-hour parking in New Rochelle is still available until New Year's Eve.
This complimentary parking, running from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., is applicable in municipal lots, including City Hall, the Library, Prospect Street, and North Avenue at I-95.
However, permit-only lots such as Davenport and Sickles, as well as New Roc City Garage and Skyline Garage, are excluded from this initiative.
