A special aerial display will take to the skies Tuesday morning as part of a tribute to America’s 250th anniversary in the Hudson Valley.
The French Air Force aerobatic team will fly down the Hudson River mid-morning in a coordinated formation.
Officials say 10 aircraft will take off from Stewart Airport and pass over West Point.
The formation will then continue south, flying over the Mario Cuomo Bridge and the George Washington Bridge.
The flight will end with a pass over the Statue of Liberty.
Officials say the flyover is part of France’s commemoration honoring the United States’ 250th birthday.
