Police in Goshen charged a Wallkill resident with a hate crime for allegedly harassing a group of Jewish people last Thursday.
Officials say Terence Davis drove past the Chabad of Orange County twice and yelled obscenities at the group that was gathering for an event to hear from a Holocaust survivor.
This was the latest in a string of antisemitic attacks by several people in the Hudson Valley over the last few weeks.
Davis is charged with two counts of harassment, one as a hate crime, disruption of a religious service and two counts of disorderly conduct. He was released and is expected to be back in Goshen Village Court on Aug. 3.
