Greenburgh residents are voicing concerns over icy roads caused by water leaking from the West Hartsdale Avenue construction project.

The state Department of Transportation, which is leading the project, assures residents that these issues will be resolved soon.

Over the next three weeks, crews will install drainage pipes and conduct other road repairs, with paving expected to be finished in April.
