People will soon be able to move into a new senior housing development in Greenburgh.
The $38 million reconstruction of "Manhattan Avenue Senior Apartments" was originally a 30-unit federal public housing facility built in 1972.
The expansion added an additional 40 apartments.
The building features a laundry room, computer room, and a commercial kitchen on the first floor.
