On Monday, jurors met for the third day of jury deliberations in Westchester County Court in the trial of Hasseem Jenkins.

Jenkins faces multiple charges, including second-degree murder and first-degree robbery following the death of Westchester County social worker Maria Coto last year.

According to the DA, Jenkins was indicted last year after chasing the Westchester County caseworker into someone else's apartment and fatally beating her.

On Monday, jurors asked a question regarding intent, and to reread one of the charges - criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.

There will be no court on Tuesday due to Election Day.

Deliberations are set to resume Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
