Police arrested 14 suspected drug dealers after a six-month investigation in the village of Haverstraw.The Rockland County Narcotic Task Force worked with local police to make the busts. The investigation centered around drug sales at three grocery stores in Haverstraw. Undercover detectives witnessed hand-to-hand sales of cocaine and marijuana by dealers posing as customers in the stores.

The Rockland District Attorney's office and the narcotics task force decided to take all the dealers down at the same time so none of them would get tipped off. They expect to make more arrests as a result of the investigation.
