A Haverstraw spa has been shut down due to prostitution for the second time this year, according to police.
Authorities say a 49-year-old employee of Solace Springs Spa offered sex to an undercover officer.
This comes after the business on Route 9W was raided and shut down in March.
Officials say its certificate of occupancy is now revoked.
The employee is charged with prostitution and unauthorized practice of a profession.
