Here are some stories making headlines across the Hudson Valley.
A man is recovering this morning after being stabbed in a Middletown home. News 12 has learned the man was stabbed in the chest at a home on Little Avenue and was rushed to the hospital. Police say the man was conscious and alert. They say the suspect took off and police are still searching for them. Anyone with information is asked to contact Middletown police at (845) 343-3151
A man is recovering after being stabbed in the arm in Yonkers. Police say it happened Wednesday afternoon on Lake Avenue. The man was taken to the hospital and was treated for an injury that is not life-threatening. No arrests have been made yet.
A Mount Vernon teen is facing multiple charges after a stolen vehicle pursuit in Westchester County. County police say 19-year-old Tyrone Findlay is charged with reckless endangerment, possessing stolen property and other charges. Police say a chase started on the Sprain Brook Parkway early Wednesday morning - and they later found the vehicle they had been pursuing in a Mount Vernon parking lot. Police say a minor was with the driver. She was released to her father pending a family court appearance.
