Health department officials say unlike last year, there will be enough of the flu vaccine to go around the Hudson Valley this year.It was a scramble to get a flu shot last year. Many people had to battle extremely long lines at clinics just to be turned away. Officials say the problem started after a contamination of the vaccine was discovered at a British company that supplied half of our nation's flu shots. This year that same company has a full supply of vaccines. Health officials say there's no indication that there are any problems with the vaccines.Flu shots are currently available to people at high risk and beginning October 24 flu shots will be available to the general public.Related Link:Maxim Health System
