HEAT ALERT: Spring scorcher on Sunday for New Jersey; strong-to-severe storms possible
Temperatures will be
back in the 90s on Sunday in New Jersey, according to Storm Watch Team
meteorologist Michele Powers.
Heat advisories are in
place for the state until 6 p.m.
Powers says a cold front
will arrive in the evening, bringing the possibility for strong-to-severe
storms. The main threats would be hail and wind.
Temperatures are
expected to cool off during the week and remain quite dry.
