HGTV's 'Small Town Potential' show to highlight Hudson Valley homes, families

A new HGTV show will highlight Hudson Valley homes and families.
"Small Town Potential" is hosted by designer and real estate agent Davina Thomasula and contractor Kristin Leitheuser.
The couple helps people who are ready to settle down and find the perfect home to renovate.
The first episode will transform a 1800's-era farmhouse in the hamlet of Marlboro in Ulster County.
A "drab" attic will be transformed into an artists' studio in Kingston.
The show premieres on Sunday, March 3 at 9:00 p.m.
