Looking for a fun holiday event on Saturday? News 12 is offering some ideas.
There's a fun festival in Rockland County on Saturday that's good for the family -- rain or shine. St. Thomas Aquinas College is holding its second annual Winter Wonderland festival from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Organizers say there will be plenty of food, drinks, fun for the kids, live music and more than 40 vendors. If you go, there’s a chance you could mean Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event is led entirely by the college's Hospitality Management students, where they're learning what it takes to host for the thousands.
Put on your best holiday costume, lace up the sneakers and help spread that holiday cheer Saturday morning. Hudson Valley Kids is holding its 2022 Reindeer Run.  It starts at the City of Peekskill Central Fire House parking lot at 8 a.m. There is no fee to participate.
Larchmont is inviting you to join in on some holiday fun Saturday. The village will be filled with the sound of sleigh bells from horse drawn carriage rides, visits with Santa and tree lightings. It begins at 12 p.m. on Larchmont Avenue, Addison Street and Chatsworth Vanderburgh Avenue.
Hudson's is having its 26th annual Winter Walk. Enjoy some music, dancing, circus performers - and just some good family fun. It all starts Saturday at 5 p.m.
Yorktown is hosting its 11th annual Holiday Electric Lights Parade on Saturday. Make sure to grab a good spot along Commerce Street to watch the parade.
There will be a tree lighting at the Jack DeVito Veterans Memorial Field following the parade, where there could be a special guest from the North Pole. It starts at 5:30 p.m.
