Hundreds of residents from all over Orange County gathered to remember the two slain NYPD officers.
A candlelight vigil was held Monday night in Railroad Green Park in Warwick to honor officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, who were killed by a gunman while on-duty over the weekend.
The rally, which included prayers and songs of remembrance, was organized on Facebook.
While no one at the vigil knew the officers personally, everyone News 12 spoke with says they felt this loss like it was a member of their family.
