As Ida tracks
northeast, it's leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
In Virginia, heavy rains caused flash flooding
that caused several people to go missing. Rescuers were able to recover all but
one person.
Down in Louisiana, numerous interstate highways
are completely flooded just north of New Orleans.
Louisiana's governor is urging anyone who
evacuated not to return home.
Power has been restored to parts of eastern New
Orleans, but hundreds of thousands in the city still remain without
electricity, water, or telecommunications.
