IHOP to debut new to-go restaurant concept 'Flip'd'

IHOP is debuting a new restaurant concept it has been teasing since 2019 but was delayed because of the pandemic. Flip'd restaurants will offer food only available for takeout. Menu options include breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
