3ds agoIndoor dining will once again be allowed at restaurants in New York City tonight.
However, the number of customers is restricted to 25% capacity.
Many restaurant owners and
chefs wish capacity could be higher and that the 10 p.m. dining curfew was
lifted, but they say they will take what they can get.
"We miss the people.
Having to-go, delivery, and all those things is interesting, but we're really into
the business of catering and having interaction with the customer and we're
missing that," says Bintou Ndaw, head chef at Inine Bistro.
