Parts of Iona University's campus in New Rochelle will receive upgrades starting in May.
The school says it plans to transform the LaPenta Student Union and enhance its on-campus dining experience.
The project will span two floors and about 20,000 square feet. It will include a new lounge and meeting area.
Work is expected to be done by spring 2025.
