It will take a runoff election in Jersey City to determine who the next mayor will be.
City Coucilman James Solomon and former New Jersey Governor Jim McGreevey will square off again in early December.

Seven candidates squared off on Tuesday and although Solomon and McGreevey received the most votes, neither garnered 50% of the vote, which calls for the runoff on Dec. 2.
