Jewish families gathered tonight to watch as 70 cars with menorahs mounted on top drove from Monsey to Spring Valley tonight in celebration of the second night of Hanukkah.
Hundreds came to the Spring Valley Marketplace to celebrate a special time for Jewish families around the world.
Organizers say the festival of lights commemorates past victories and miracles over eight days by lighting the candles on a menorah.
