The family of Kathie Durst will hold a news conference in front of the Westchester County Courthouse on Tuesday.
The family believes others conspired with real estate heir Robert Durst to cover up the death of his first wife.
Durst is being charged with second-degree murder in Westchester for Kathie Durst's death.
