The KFC Foundation and Western Governors University announced that 100% tuition coverage is on the menu for KFC restaurant employees.
The opportunity to receive the full tuition is available to all employees of the 157 KFC restaurants in New York.
The initiative gives the employee access to more than 60 degree or certificate programs.
The KFC Foundation says the program is non-competitive, so every eligible employee who applies and enrolls will get tuition coverage.
It says access to the opportunity can start day one on the job for restaurant employees.
WGU offers rolling start dates every month, so employees will have the flexibility to start online courses when they are ready.
To be eligible for the program, workers have to be employed at a participating
KFC and be in good standing.  They also must stay employed while in the program.
