'Kids need families' - Yonkers couple has fostered 36 children since 1998

Although Father's Day is only one day a year, being a dad is lifelong commitment - which is why one Yonkers couple is dedicated to fostering children.
News 12's Carol Wilkinson talks to Souleman and Esther Foudja - who have fostered 36 children since 1998.
There are 23,000 children in foster care in New York, according to The Children's Village. The Dobbs Ferry organization works with adults to connect them and support them as foster parents.
