Ulster County DA: Kingston woman pleads guilty for drug possession
15h agoA Kingston man has pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl and conspiracy charges, according to the Ulster County district attorney.
An investigation and search warrant uncovered fentanyl and a firearm at 63 Fairview Ave. in Kingston, leading to the indictment of 49-year-old Peter Bonavita.
The conspiracy charges stem from a separate investigation which identified Bonavita as one of eleven people involved in drug trafficking in Ulster County in 2023.
Bonavita is set to be sentenced on May 4.
