Francis Ford Coppola is widely regarded as one of the most influential filmmakers in the history of cinema - and now he's bringing his newest film to Westchester County.

"The Godfather" director is screening his latest film, "Megalopolis," Wednesday night at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester.

He will also take part in a live question-and-answer session with the audience.

The movie, set in a futuristic version of New York, has divided critics but drew a 10-minute standing ovation at Cannes.

Senior Reporter Tara Rosenblum caught up with the 85-year-old director to find out why he's bringing the film directly to a live audience in Westchester.

News 12 was told Port Chester is just one of a few cities that Coppola will visit as part of his national tour.
