Mother Nature put on a show in the sky for stargazers to observe as the annual Orionid meteor shower peaked on Friday night.
News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Meredith Garofalo said the meteors came from the trail of Halley's Comet as it crossed the Earth's orbit.
NASA suggested looking anywhere in the night sky that is away from the moon to best observe.
Under ideal conditions, one would be able to see up to 20 per hour.
