A Mahopac woman pleaded guilty in a fatal drunk driving accident that happened last June.
Maggie Deperna, 37, pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide, according to Putnam County DA Robert Tendy.
Authorities say she was driving on South Lake Boulevard in Mahopac when she struck 61-year-old James Crecco, of Carmel. He later died.
Deperna was arrested the next day after she was stopped for allegedly driving while intoxicated in a different car.
She faces six to 18 years in prison when she is sentenced on March 30.
