Road crews might have been prepared, but they weren't needed in the Hudson Valley Saturday, as a major snowstorm missed the area.
Though the area wasn't expected to get the brunt of the storm that dumped more than 2 feet of snow on the nation's capital, it was expected to bring 1-3 inches. However, the storm stayed south of the Hudson Valley.
Temperatures remained cold with some snow flurries, but no accumulations.
