A man was arrested for stealing money from a Bethpage bank.
Philip Ferrito Jr., 44, of North Massapequa, slipped the teller a note demanding cash, Nassau police say.
The robbery happened at the TD Bank on Stewart Avenue, Monday afternoon.
The teller complied and the man fled with an undisclosed amount of money, according to police.
Ferrito was arrested nearby.
He plead not guilty at his arraignment Tuesday in Nassau First District Court.
