A man is behind bars after being arrested in Stony Point for a murder in New York City.

           

Freddie Gaetan was taken into custody after the Stony Point Police Department was given a tip that he was possibly staying at the Stony Point Budget Motor Inn.

           

He's accused in a homicide that happened within the 32nd Precinct in Harlem.

           

He was then turned over to NYPD detectives.
