Students are heading back to class Wednesday after a burst pipe shut down Lincoln School in Mount Vernon.

City officials said the broken pipe was connected to a sprinkler inside the building.

The issue caused the school to close Tuesday, and all students were moved to remote learning.

Officials said the school is now back open.
