February is American Heart Month, and today is also National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about the impact of cardiovascular disease on women.
Did you know that women can have different symptoms of a heart attack than men?
Dr. Shalini Bobra, from the Cardiology Department at White Plains Hospital, joined News 12 this morning to discuss the signs of a heart attack and how they differ for women and men.
Dr. Bobra also addressed the differences between heart attack deaths in women compared to men and how White Plains Hospital treats heart attack patients.
