Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus projected a bright future with strong finances during his fifth State of the County address Wednesday night.
He focused on enhancing local tourism and improvements to Stewart International Airport.
Neuhaus said that passenger volume has doubled ever since Norwegian Air joined the host of carriers that operate out of the Orange County airport.
