New affordable senior housing is coming to Westchester. Builders broke ground for Crescent Manor on Croton Avenue in Ossining. Individuals and couples must be 62 years or older to move in. There will be 73 apartments, free parking and utilities available. Developers say they want the complex to foster a community. "We're going to be bringing a freshness to the community for seniors to be able to connect to the community but also to age in place, which is super super important," said Rella Fogliano, president and CEO of MacQuesten Development. Crescent Manor is expected to open in two years.
