A new partnership is working to make medical care more accessible for people in Mount Vernon.

Westchester Medical Center Health Network has joined forces with Westchester Community Center to offer orthopedic and physical medicine services in the community.

This partnership is an initiative to address health equity and level the playing field in health care accessibility.

"It's one thing to offer services wherever; it's another thing to bring services into the community, where the people are," says Judith Watson, RN CEO, Westchester Community Health Center.
