New Rochelle City Hall is set to reopen to the public Monday after closing due to the coronavirus pandemic.

New Rochelle City Hall is set to reopen to the public Monday after closing due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The city, once known as the epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak in Westchester, is making a come back.
Admission is through the rear parking lot entrance only. The front door however will remain closed.
County Executive George Latimer hopes to see things open by July 1.
