3h agoThe New Rochelle Police Department celebrated the promotion of seven of its officers on Wednesday.
Capt. Neil Reynolds was promoted to deputy police commissioner during the ceremony.
"I think I've been prepared by the people that have worked with me and whom I worked for and nobody gets this kind of position alone. You do so with the help of others, and I've had a tremendous lot of help from the fine men and women of the New Rochelle Police Department," said Reynolds.
