New Rochelle woman attacked by her own pit bulls

The woman was taken to Jacobi Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

A New Rochelle woman was attacked by her own dogs.
Officials say they were called to the woman’s home on First Street Sunday morning.
Upon arrival, they found the woman bleeding, surrounded by her pit bulls. News 12 is told that one even bit her as officers approached. That dog had to be Tasered.
The woman was taken to Jacobi Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The Humane Society has taken custody of all five dogs.
