New legislation in New York is set to address rising prescription drug prices and enhance the safety of administering pharmaceuticals.
As part of these laws, any increases in drug prices must now be reported to the state through the Department of Financial Services.
Additionally, there will be an expansion of injectable medications to treat mental health and substance use disorders.
